What you will do

You will be working as a support engineer with other developers and designers in different teams. You will be responsible for managing support systems and will be the first contact with our customers when it comes to answering support matters. Supported systems are primarily those built by us to customers, often based on our own products. When support load is low, you will help our teams developing new systems. 

The role as a Support Engineer requires that you work evenings, when working hours are Monday to Friday between 15:00-24:00. This position is a full time, permanent employment (6 months probation). 

Who you are

As a successful support engineer we believe that you:

  • Have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • Have a couple of years of work experience 
  • Are a social and very self-sufficient person
  • Have a wide set of skills when it comes to development, operations and troubleshooting.
  • Are an experienced Linux user.
  • Are awesome at expressing yourself in written form in English.

It is a merit if you have experience/skills in:

  • Docker/Kubernetes
  • Nginx
  • AWS operations
  • REST APIs
